The purpose of the workshop is an introduction in Mindfulness, brief overview of emotions, awareness of thoughts, perception, and concepts of stress and real applications of stress reduction practices in daily living.
We will go over few steps on how to "train" our minds to be able to live a less stressful life, moment by moment, inside and outside of your professional environment. Some practical activities will be offered allowing participants to experience mind and body connection. |
